We work closely with every client to ensure that the
solution we provide is the best for their particular situation, This often
involves providing the customer with one of our own runnable demonstration
systems to allow the customer to fine tune his own system design early on in
the development process.
We also have developed our own VCR style playback
system for certain of the scada systems, This allows us to see exactly what the
operator was viewing at any particular time in history. Including information
such as valve inputs/outputs,PID information or operator commands. This ensures
any debugging of problems can be done efficiently offsite at our head
office.

Bespoke Software Development
For over 20 years ABM has been providing our customers
with custom developed solutions made to their requirements. Some of the
programming languages we can support include.

An example of a recent bespoke application we have
developed was a Bottle Counting/Tracking system, The client for this job
requested we develop it using a programming language so that no license fees
were required for any future client nodes used on the system.
Microcontroller Programming
ABM is able to offer custom made solutions using
microcontrollers if PLC or PC based solutions do not fit your requirements.
We are experts in programming of all the
microcontrollers produced by Microchip Technology Inc. We have recently
produced a HGV hookup system for one client, and are currently developing an in
house Micro Brewery system ourselves based on these controllers.
